My husband Anthony and I Just go with this company moved from West Covina California to Sugarland Texas . STOP GOING WITH THIS COMPANY AND DEAL DIRECT WITH MOVING COMPANY INSTEAD!! because all this company does is takes your deposit money find a 3rd moving company and promised all kind of stuff and don’t takes any responsible for their words.

It been 3 weeks now I haven’t have my stuff and they said probably a month or so? Lolz. Just do your self and rent an 4 of the 16 feet containers from moving company and cost your even less than what I’m paying $13k right now.

Imagine I got a new born baby and a 5 years old girls have to deal with no home stuff at my new home now . They just don’t give a Ss… h… and I’m on the process of filing a lawsuit on them

if I don’t get my stuff within a month time frame I will report to police because now I don’t even know why what they did to my stuff that took so long now.

I don’t know why they got this good review but must be fake . They promised you whatever to get the deal and when the problem come they don’t handle.

Took our deposit money for container size cost is $6,057 . We decide to upgrade for a larger moving space cost us $9,350 extra deposit money they took but we decided to cancel our extra space we don’t need anymore within 72 hours per contract agreement and go back to our previous moving space $6,057 cost .

They confirmed in emailed that they cancel the $9,350 and go back to $6,057 but on the moving date they show up with $9,350 !!!! We were force to take that deal with an 3rd moving company they hire and even extra around $13k total !!! Lolz.

Bottom line is if this company can go back on their words with even a written word prove on emailed that they stated they cancel the $9,350 but never did !! Imagine what to they can do beyond that. In other words, Written contract don’t mean nothing to them !!

If that not bad . What you think when you move 1500 miles away out of state and now probably take more than a month to get your stuff ??

Well, they will have to answers all these question from my lawyer and police soon.

I will make sure that extra charge they cheated on me and all that mislead information from their sale rep they have to pay me back 10x .

Every customer’s see this review they will lost a customer . I’m a business owner’s myself . To lied and cheat on your customers only for one thousand but end up losing many mores customer in future .

This company will go broke soon or later .

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $12966

I was moving from MN to TX and spoke with one of their brokers Mike who seemed very helpful. I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and could not afford the first quote I was given. Mike then said let me help you and dropped my estimate from 3400 dollars to 1900 that I really appreciated when the actual movers came there were many hidden cost and it climbed to nearly 2700 there was no time for another option I had to borrow money from my brother. I was told the quote was just an estimate. Many things were not disclosed in the quote such as extra charge for boxing a tv. Odd sized boxes were not supposed to be used I was charged an extra fee for oversized items even though I fully disclosed in the quote what I was taking. I had out side furniture two tall chairs and 1 double rocker. The rocker got left behind but I was charged for it. I had an upright plastic storage cabinet with 7 drawers that got lost. I did not realize my stuff would be picked up and sent to a hub moved to a semi with super movers who would then bring it to Texas. I had 30 boxes of various sizes, a dresser, a butcher block, the outside furniture and a smoker. No furniture or appliances. I feel like I was made a fool of. I called and was told it was only an estimate to read my contract. Bait and switch is what I call it. Never use them.

I had had a terrible time with moving companies and once I got Allen from Pan Transit Van lines I thought I had finally gotten somewhere. However, let me save you some time assuming you read reviews first. I didn’t and had a terrible experience.

First red flag is they asked for a significant deposit up front. After doing research and speaking with other companies that is not typical. A small one to hold your place yes but not over $1000. Next red flag - they don’t have a secure link to make a payment or take credit cards over the phone. They want a picture of your check emailed. I should have walked at this request but I was just so done I was saying yes to anything.

After the estimate was signed and check deposit sent it was all booked. However, I hung up the phone and started researching. It’s a B+ unaccredited company on BBB but the main kicker is reading the complaints. One got a credit but because they didn’t like how they responded they cut it down by $300.

Then I moved on to Reddit where this got worse. There are threads of screenshots of estimates and that the actual movers are a crap shoot from a legit moving company to men hired to just drive a Uhaul. They low ball it at the estimate to hook you in, then on pick up charge double. Numerous past clients with issues and stating it’s basically a scam. I was done. This is where it got interesting.

I texted Allen on the “secure” number although he gave me a personal number (sketch) and although it was 9pm he was somehow in the office to answer but couldn’t process the cancellation. I was expecting a reply next day. Well he replied asking what happened, stating I was incorrect, people are liars on and on. The most unprofessional almost narcissistic gas lighting I’ve ever had from a company staff member. I asked for a cancellation confirmation email. Was told I would get it in the morning. Morning comes and I wait until later in the morning. Nothing. So I asked again. Nothing until afternoon after sending additional texts asking for it.

This is sketchy dealings and very very least save yourself the tongue lashing should you happen to disagree or change your mind.

I would not contact this company! They took a verbal list from my mother, I guess she is Barbie cause her four bedroom home along with two 10x10 storage units outside furniture was only half of a box truck!They took advantage of her, asked her what her budget was and made sure they got that amount from her! I have contacted the BBB, filed a complaint they offered 100. back. Outrageous that's a slap in the face. My elderly parents now have been renting u haul's putting unessary miles on their cars. Been stressed beyond belief with already underline health conditions this has been an absolute nightmare. Bernard and Jonny should be ashamed of what they have done. The amount of money they charged for the movers to take 1/3 or less is criminal. ABC movers from Chicago are the ones who showed up in a box truck with someone else's things already loaded. Three mover's, when I asked if another truck and more people were coming it was a hard NO. I could not blame or be angry with them. I immediately called Pan trans, Bernard quickly transferred me to Jonny. Long story short here we are still moving my elderly parent's.

I am disappointed that any company would do this to elderly people on a fixed income. Jonny was a salesman and got my mother for an additional 1,300. When she called to add item's that she forgot. Paid for it but was never moved.

I do NOT recommend Pan Transit Van Lines LLC or Carefree Movers Inc.

The experience has been awful, very stressful, and I believe there are much better companies to work with.

Be careful dealing with a broker for your move. If I knew before, I would never do that, and I would go straight to a moving company that can provide a better service, and you can deal with just one company which facilitates the process.

They promise you the best price, but you end up paying much much more, and you could have done that for a better company.

Just not worth it!

The Sales person called me 100 times before my move for me to close with them, and then when I did, I could not talk to the sales person ever again. He said things that were not correct, but never replied to my emails, or returned my calls.

I sent emails with questions, and I never got any response.

I haven’t received my shipment until this day, it was requested for May 22 (almost 4 months delay) and they act like this is normal. The worst companies! Do not hire them!

These people are shysters, that is all there is to it. If you have been taken in by their promises, please contact the Attorney General's office in FL. This is how it works, they lure you in with a "cheap" move and many promises. The movers show up and tell you the broker underestimated and to move 1/2 your stuff it will cost you 4 times what you already put down in a deposit. IF you try to cancel you are out 1/2 the estimate of your move because of their 72 hour cancellation policy. IF you complain they tell you that it is your fault for underestimating how much stuff you have. What they do not tell you could fill a book - your stuff will be transferred to a 53' trailer somewhere centrally located and then moved on that trailer to your destination. IF your new place isn't big enough for a 53' trailer (regular semi), you will be charged for your belongings to be moved to a moving truck. IF your entrance is more than 100' at delivery, you will be charged for a long carry. IF you have stairs, it's another charge. Get the picture. All of this information is conveniently not disclosed until you sign all the paperwork when the movers show up. Estimates are given in cubic feet, so even with a detailed inventory, your initial estimate is for the space in the bed of a pickup truck rather than a regular moving truck. They even show up in a regular moving truck to complete the illusion you get all that space, but you don't unless you pay a heapton more money.
